  1. DISTRICT INFORMATION - Frequently Asked Questions
  2. EXPLORATION FRIDAY - Four times during the year, our children have the wonderful opportunity of taking two classes, each time, that are taught by parents and/or other volunteers. Class variety is wide and includes The Arts, Sports, Sciences and Multicultural Studies. Exploration Friday allows the children to learn about topics that they would not otherwise be exposed to. Exploration Friday will affect your regular Friday schedule, in that regular classes will not be held until approximately 10:45 a.m.
  3. ART MASTERPIECE - Art Masterpiece volunteers present a variety of art to classrooms throughout the year. The children experience various types of art as well as a chance to create their own masterpieces in many different mediums. Previous presentations include sculptures, paintings, collage and calligraphy.
  4. FAMILY READ - Family Read occurs each month on the last Friday of the month. It starts at 7:50 a.m. and ends at 8:20 a.m. At Family Read students are encouraged to bring their whole families to their classroom to enjoy good literature books together. Family Read is a way to involve families in the school, as well as promote a love of reading.

Students observe the ice as they melt throughout the day.
